A stable door leads to a patio garden with 2 benches and parking space beyond. From the sitting room stairs lead to landing with attractive outlook and futon for occasional visitors. The double bed room has fitted cupboard and window to the front. On the second floor the bathroom has electric shower over (limited headroom). The second bedroom has 2 single beds. Just a few yards from the Shipwrights Arms, (serving meals) and Shaldon village with all its amenities is just a short flat walk also, there is a passenger ferry to Teignmouth across the estuary.
